What does it do?

It is a retro-style, simple to play, skill-based car game.

Just press ‘Go’ and then use the ‘Right’ and ‘Left’ buttons to steer the car around the track to the finish line, without crashing into the grass.

Why do we need it?

Almost everyone that plays it gets hooked straight away

Although it’s simple to play, it’s challenging & therefore, rewarding

I’m using the publication of this game to inspire my pupils at a school for boys with special needs

Who is it for?

Everyone who enjoys playing games on Android devices, especially those who like driving, retro-style, simple but challenging games

Anyone can play it but it takes time and skill to progress

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

It’s simplicity, difficulty, retro-style and addictiveness

Completing a track is a real accomplishment

It can be played anywhere and any time – it takes seconds to try to complete a track & you can instantly try again.

What’s next?

One Lap could do well on the Android market as an inspiration to my students.

Hopefully, One Lap players will compete, share their accomplishments & discuss tracks etc. on the apps’ Facebook and Twitter pages
